Job description

An innovative automotive group is seeking an experienced Stock Controller to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing used vehicle inventory across multiple brands, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end used vehicle stock management
  • Coordinate vehicle intake, processing, and preparation for sale
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical inventory records
  • Handle documentation, including NATIS registration and floorplan management
  • Oversee key management and vehicle tracking
  • Prepare weekly stock reports and pricing updates

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of dealership experience in stock controlling
  • Proven experience dealing with staff, customers, and suppliers
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with dealership management systems (DMS)
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills

Critical Skills

  • Deadline-driven with ability to work under pressure
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Technical Requirements

  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Working Conditions

  • Full-time position
  • Office hours : 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM (Monday-Friday)
  • Additional Saturday morning hours : 8 : 30 AM - 1 : 00 PM
