Are You Someone Who Has Experience In

• Performing technological duties associated with cloud computing, including development, planning, management, maintenance, and support
• Building new infrastructure on AWS and Azure
• Attending to requests and incidents in the environment
• Working closely with architects in the team

Key Responsibilities

• Information Technology functional expertise, knowledge, and skills
• Creating solutions to meet customer demands and deliver service excellence through adherence to quality standards
• Preventing wastage and identifying process improvements to reduce costs
• Compiling reports to track progress and guide business decisions
• Managing risks within own area of responsibility
• Ensuring development and continuous improvement of operational processes
• Promoting teamwork and inclusivity
• Participating in activities for personal development
• Planning for process improvements, initiatives, and services aligned with operational strategy
• Researching and improving system engineering
• Providing technical support for cloud engineering
• Implementing cost-efficient cloud solutions

• Able to work independently

• Having over 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Possessing AWS certification (beneficial)
• Extensive experience in DevOps, technical support, and technical advising
