Our client is on the hunt for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join their fast-paced, performance-driven team.

If you have a passion for securing new business, building client relationships, and closing high-value deals, this role is tailor-made for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  2. Effectively cross-sell and up-sell products and services to both new and existing clients.
  3. Oversee the smooth onboarding of new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and exceptional service delivery.
  4. Represent the business at client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  5. Build and nurture strong relationships to drive client retention and revenue growth.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and manage annual sales budgets and forecasts.
  7. Generate leads through outbound communication and convert them into active opportunities.
  8. Contribute to revenue generation through a combination of inside and field sales efforts.
  9. Lead contract and pricing negotiations to successfully close sales.
Requirements:
  • 35 years of proven experience in a sales role with a strong track record in new business development.
  • A natural hunter mindset, energetic, proactive, and driven to exceed targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Confident in face-to-face engagements, presentations, and client interactions.
  • Technologically savvy with proficiency in CRM and sales-related software.
  • Matric (Grade 12) is essential.
  • A relevant qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business (Diploma / Degree / Certificate) is highly advantageous.
