Job description

An upmarket Dental Practice is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our prestigious dental practice in Claremont, Cape Town as a Senior Office Manager to start ASAP. The ideal candidate must possess a combination of strong managerial skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a background in dental practice management. This is a dynamic role that requires the successful candidate to excel in accounting, client liaison, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental practice, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
  2. Manage all aspects of accounting, including billing, financial reporting, and budgeting.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clientele, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
  4. Serve as the primary point of contact for the dental practice, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records.
  5. Coordinate with dental staff, suppliers, and vendors to ensure the availability of necessary equipment and supplies.
  6. Support administrative tasks, including document preparation, report generation, and data analysis.
  7. Utilize advanced Excel skills to create and maintain spreadsheets, analyze data, and generate reports.
  8. Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in dental practice management.

Full-day position: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00

Salary range: R18,000 - R25,000

Please note: This position is not limited to reception duties; it combines dental practice management and executive PA responsibilities.
