Job description

The Technician reports directly to the Technical Manager/Supervisor and is responsible for testing, replacing, and repairing faulty stock and assemblies. This includes RAID systems, Custom PCs, mini PCs, and Upgrade kits. The role also involves providing technical support on all Syntech products. The Technician will work closely with team members to identify and realize personal growth opportunities within the organization.
