A leading company in technical solutions seeks a candidate to provide exceptional support for SOLIDWORKS products. The role involves customer training, content creation, and troubleshooting, requiring a strong background in Mechanical Engineering. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
You will be working with our customers to define and deliver SOLIDWORKS solutions on time and within budget, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
You will provide high-quality technical support for queries related to SOLIDWORKS and SOLIDWORKS PDM, including troubleshooting and finding optimal solutions via telephone, email, or collaborative Internet support services.
You will contribute to creating and delivering online content such as blogs, technical documents, and webcasts.
Training customers on the use of SOLIDWORKS and related products may also be required, either online, at our premises, or on-site.
Additional duties/tasks may be assigned by your support manager.
