Job description

You will be working with our customers to define and deliver SOLIDWORKS solutions on time and within budget, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

You will provide high-quality technical support for queries related to SOLIDWORKS and SOLIDWORKS PDM, including troubleshooting and finding optimal solutions via telephone, email, or collaborative Internet support services.

You will contribute to creating and delivering online content such as blogs, technical documents, and webcasts.

Training customers on the use of SOLIDWORKS and related products may also be required, either online, at our premises, or on-site.

Additional duties/tasks may be assigned by your support manager.

Minimum Requirements:
  1. Formal Education & Certification:
  2. You possess a higher-level qualification (e.g., Eng, NDip) or demonstrate relevant experience in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
  3. MCSE: Data Management and Analytics certificate (beneficial but not mandatory).
  4. MCSA: SQL Server database development certificate (beneficial but not mandatory).
Knowledge & Experience:
  1. Experience in CAD, preferably SOLIDWORKS, but not limited to it.
  2. Basic PC hardware concepts, technology, and installation.
  3. Basic PC troubleshooting skills.
  4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  5. Experience with SOLIDWORKS (beneficial but not mandatory).
  6. Customer service experience (beneficial but not mandatory).
Personal Attributes:
  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good listening abilities.
  2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
