Job DescriptionLocation : Oxford Road, Melrose, Johannesburg, South AfricaWe are seeking a Manager, Enterprise Systems & Integration to lead and advance enterprise integration, workflow, and testing capabilities that connect and automate core business processes across enterprise systems.

This role ensures the delivery of robust, scalable, and secure integration solutions that enable business agility, seamless data flow, and digital transformation.Responsibilities include stewarding the Integration Centre of Excellence, driving DevOps maturity, governing citizen development platforms, and accelerating automation using platforms like SAP, Microsoft, Outsystems, etc.

The role also involves developing vendor service management and operational governance, shaping our digital platform future.This position is part of a highly specialized team pushing digital, technology, and automation boundaries for a smarter, safer, and more sustainable enterprise.Core Responsibilities : Own enterprise integration architecture and platform roadmap, aligning with business strategy.Define technical standards, design patterns, and reusable assets (APIs, event streams, middleware).Supervise creation of integration solutions and direct design on integration platforms.Lead design and implementation of workflow solutions using SAP BTP Workflow, ServiceNow, Power Automate.Unify enterprise workflows and govern cross-platform automation strategies.Oversee enterprise test scripts, automation frameworks, and quality assurance.Manage platform operations, ensuring availability, security, and performance.Establish and improve CI / CD pipelines, environment controls, and DevOps practices.Define and govern application programming standards and reusable components enterprise-wide.Lead citizen development CoE initiatives with business units and platform owners.Manage external service providers and third-party application support.Lead innovation pilots and modernization initiatives including cloud and API connectivity.Maintain enterprise product roadmaps and lifecycle management.Qualifications : Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.Knowledge of safety regulations, industry standards, and compliance for Enterprise Applications.Deep understanding of system architecture, deployment, and configuration.Familiarity with emerging IT trends, asset management, and data analytics.Expertise in SAP S / 4HANA, SAP Integration Suite, SAP BTP Workflow, SAP Datasphere.Experience with Microsoft Azure Integration Services, Azure DevOps, Azure Data Factory.Proficiency in low-code platforms like Outsystems, and development using .NET and React.Familiarity with SAP BTP, WebMethods, and Figma for UX design.
