Sales Agent | Luxury Car Rental | Johannesburg

Salary : R15,000 + Commission (Negotiable Depending on Experience)

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Agent to join a leading luxury car rental company based in Johannesburg . This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a background in travel sales who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle incoming sales enquiries from clients, primarily via a call office environment

Promote and sell luxury car rental services to both local and international clients

Design personalised rental solutions tailored to client needs and preferences

Liaise professionally with clients to manage bookings, provide quotations, and handle post-booking communication

Work closely with the operations team to ensure service delivery meets client expectations

Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions

Build and nurture relationships with repeat and high-value clients

Achieve sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals

Requirements :

Proven experience as a travel agent or in a similar sales role within the travel or hospitality industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confident telephone manner and customer-first approach

Fluent in English; German-speaking ability would be a significant advantage

Competent in using booking platforms, reservation systems, and CRM tools

Ability to multitask, prioritise, and remain calm under pressure

Excellent attention to detail and follow-through

Monday to Friday : Office-based, 07h30 to 17h00

Weekend and Public Holiday duties will be rostered

Weekends will consist of a half-day in office and half-day remote support
