This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead field operations, ensure high-quality service delivery, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Supervise and coordinate field service technicians to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
2. Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment at client sites.
3. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company procedures, and customer requirements.
4. Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshoot complex electrical issues as needed.
6. Maintain accurate service records and report performance metrics to management.
7. Conduct training and mentoring of junior technicians.

Requirements :

1. Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a field service role with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
3. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, industrial equipment, and safety standards.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
5. Ability to travel frequently to various client sites.
6. Valid driver’s license.
