Fund Accounting and Administration Consultant

Our client, a reputable and award-winning Investment Firm, is seeking a Fund Accounting and Administration Consultant to join their dynamic team of investment professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Administration:
- Administer payments processes and instructions
- Perform monthly account reconciliations and maintain fund bank transaction schedules
- Calculate ROI and performance of underlying investments
- Support financial processes including audits and reporting
- Maintain accurate internal fund statements, drawdown schedules, and performance data
- Ensure accurate quarterly client reporting
- Produce invoicing and client statements monthly
- Maintain loan schedules
- Client Relationship Management:
- Manage stakeholder communications
- Interface with stakeholders on requests and communications
- Support investor inquiries
- Maintain investor records and process changes
- Compliance Administration:
- Understand operational policies and legal requirements
- Coordinate staff training and regulatory compliance (FSCA, KYC)
- Project Management:
- Manage the finalization of annual fund financial statements and valuations
- Support ad-hoc projects and process improvements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Science, Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields
- RE5 certification preferred
- Minimum 4 years' experience in financial services operations and fund administration
- At least 2 years' experience in Private Equity Fund Administration
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Client and stakeholder management skills
- 3 years' KYC experience
- Strong analytical, valuation, and financial skills
- Leadership and teamwork skills
