This role is based in Cape Town, but you may service a number of territories we operate in, such as South Africa, the UK, US, and Europe.

We are looking for a Junior Account Manager ("JAM") to join our fast-growing client services team, which sits at the heart of our company.
You will become an expert in our product suite and demonstrate your knowledge by engaging with our organiser clients.
You will spend most of your time in our account management team, with some customer service and operations responsibilities.
This role offers experience across multiple territories, meaning while based in Cape Town, you may work across different time zones.
This is a fast-paced, dynamic role suited for someone looking to develop their account management skills and gain experience in a technology scale-up environment.
The position is hybrid, based in our Cape Town office at least 3 days per week.
The JAM will report to the Senior Account Manager in SA and the Senior Client Operations Manager in the UK.
We will provide training, and you will be part of a dynamic team that values proactive ideas and relationship-building.
