Are you interested in the renewable energy sector and seeking a career growth opportunity to utilize your Construction project coordination skills?

Our client's dynamic projects team based in Cape Town, CBD, requires your expertise to coordinate renewable project activities, including administrative tasks and site visits.

Responsibilities
  1. Report to the Senior Project Coordinator
  2. Stay updated with market and technological developments and identify new technologies that can contribute to business development and improvements
  3. Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information in support of the Project Manager
  4. Liaise with relevant teams to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
  5. Assist in preparing budgets
  6. Support procurement management efforts alongside the Project Manager or Head of PPCM
  7. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to the team
  8. Work with the Project Manager or Head of PPCM to resolve blockers
  9. Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures
  10. Issue legal documents such as contracts and terms of agreement
  11. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports following company procedures
Requirements
  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
  • Experience in project management from conception to delivery is advantageous
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to interpret flowcharts, schedules, and action plans
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality control processes
Salary

R25 – R30 CTC, plus Medical Aid
