We are a progressive, forward-thinking support and implementation department leveraging cutting-edge SaaS applications to help users solve problems efficiently and effectively.

Our tools include Google Workplace, Salesforce, Concur, Workday, and other cloud products and services. We seek career-oriented individuals who want to grow their skills, income, and experience in a fast-paced yet fun environment.

Located in Dripping Springs, our recently constructed 50,000+ sq ft home office campus spans over acres of Texas hill country.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical support to end-users in call center help desk or PC repair environments, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows 10, macOS, Android, iOS, printers, wireless routers, network security, and VPNs.
  3. Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication over phone and remote desktop solutions.
  4. Collaborate with team members and follow directives, working efficiently with minimal supervision.
  5. Continuously enhance technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to provide optimal support.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting end-users in call center help desk or PC repair environments.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows 10, macOS, Android, iOS, printers, wireless routers, network security, and VPNs.
  • Ability to support users effectively over the phone and via remote desktop tools like LogMeIn.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills, excellent work ethic, and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow directives and work independently.
