Northpoint Realty Group is looking for a highly ambitious Recruitment Specialist to identify real estate agents and brokers and book them into our Discovery Call Interview each week.

Please note that this is not a salaried HR position.

This position offers you the opportunity to use your previous recruitment expertise to recruit estate agents and commercial brokers nationally for Northpoint Realty Group either on a freelance basis or full-time. You will earn an ongoing profit share on every transaction that the agent does.

• You are an expert in active outbound headhunting as well as passive social media advertising.
• You are comfortable with raising your expectations to exceed your previous success and income.

Remuneration

• Earn a 3% profit share on the total gross sales volume per Placement / Recruit every year
• On target earnings for 15 Placements (Rk - Rk)
• On target earnings for 30 Placements (Rk - Rk) plus bonuses & incentives
• On target earnings for 50 Placements (Rk - Rk)

Responsibilities

• Actively source and qualify candidates from our national database
• Select candidates that match the criteria and book them into and conduct a 1-on-1 or group Discovery call
• Help facilitate the follow-up call and close
• Help facilitate the onboarding process
• Maintain strong relationships with your placements
• Work to improve recruitment efficiency

• Previous experience and results in recruiting
• Quota and goal-oriented
• Able to meet deadlines, independently motivated
