Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Are you a strategic marketing leader with a passion for data, creativity, and AI-powered innovation? We're looking for a visionary Chief Marketing Officer to drive the full marketing function—brand, performance, product, and growth—within a fast-scaling fintech environment that’s transforming how SMEs access financial solutions.

About the Role

As CMO, you’ll play a pivotal role on the executive leadership team, leading a multidisciplinary marketing department and overseeing all elements of marketing strategy, execution, and optimization. Your mission: drive brand resonance, measurable growth, and deep customer connection using data, insights, and cutting-edge AI marketing tools.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Define and implement a high-impact, full-funnel marketing strategy, integrating AI, automation, and real-time analytics.
  • Lead the brand strategy, ensuring consistent and powerful positioning across all customer touchpoints.
  • Drive demand generation through AI-optimized performance marketing, including paid media, CRM, and digital campaigns.
  • Oversee go-to-market execution for new products with strong messaging and value proposition alignment.
  • Build and inspire a high-performing marketing team focused on creativity, data, and continuous learning.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders across product, growth, and customer success to ensure alignment and shared impact.
  • Champion a modern martech stack (e.g. Segment, Iterable, HubSpot, Jasper, ChatGPT) and elevate campaign effectiveness through predictive modelling and automation.

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years in progressive marketing roles, including at least 3–5 years at the executive level.
  • Proven experience in AI-driven marketing, digital transformation, or martech implementation.
  • Strong commercial understanding, ideally in fintech, B2B SaaS, or SME-focused environments.
  • Expertise in brand development, demand generation, product marketing, and lifecycle engagement.
  • A data-first mindset with comfort in attribution modelling, A/B testing, and growth analytics.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
