Looking for HR professionals to provide expert advice within our department. Multiple vacancies available: 2 ongoing/permanent roles and 1 temporary role until end January. Full-time roles with consideration for part-time candidates. Office locations: Parramatta, Newcastle, or Orange, with flexible working arrangements considered. The role

As a Senior People Partner, you will be at the forefront of shaping workforce strategy and delivering expert HR advice that helps teams navigate change, optimize performance, and achieve impactful business outcomes. You will build trusted relationships across the organization, working closely with leaders to design and implement strategic HR solutions that address current workforce challenges and anticipate future needs. You will guide internal stakeholders through complex change, case management, and employee transitions, ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, and best practices. Effective communication, collaboration, and adaptability in an evolving HR landscape will be essential.
