Introduction: We currently have an opportunity for a General Manager Operations Inland based in Gauteng. This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all inland operational functions to ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics services.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the GM Ops Inland will implement strategies, manage teams, and achieve key performance targets across the JHB, POL, NLS, and KLD regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications and Experience: Logistics or Supply Chain qualification advantageous. Minimum 10 years' management experience, ideally within inland transport or supply chain sectors. Proficient in MS Office, own motor vehicle, and computer systems. Strong financial, leadership, and regulatory knowledge. Excellent communication skills.
