Key Responsibilities

• Oversee compensation and benefits programmes, including salaries, bonuses, pensions, medical aid, wellness, and incentives.
• Develop and implement company-wide compensation, rewards, and benefits policies.
• Evaluate and improve existing programmes to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance.
• Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and accurate third-party reconciliations.
• Build bonus structures, pay bands, and performance-based incentive schemes.
• Lead reporting functions: budgeting, compensation analytics, audit queries, and SAGE/HRIS system updates.
• Partner with third-party providers to negotiate plans and resolve benefit-related matters.
• Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and Line Managers to support recruitment, performance, talent management, and industrial relations initiatives.
• Manage HR staff involved in daily compensation and benefits operations.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Compensation & Benefits leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of payroll, benefits legislation, IR practices, and HRIS systems.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience preparing reports and managing audits.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to challenge norms and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.
