Our global CRM administrator plays a crucial role in connecting the system with the users. The ideal candidate should have an in-depth understanding of HubSpot software, sales and marketing processes, and how these relate to business operations. Skills in online marketing tools, data management, and reporting are also valuable.

Key Responsibilities
  • CRM Management:

Oversee daily operations of the HubSpot CRM system, ensure data integrity, implement workflows and automation, and collaborate with teams to optimize sales and marketing processes.

  • Serve as the CRM expert, promoting best practices worldwide.
  • M&A Integrations:

Lead CRM integration post-mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless data migration and process harmonization across new business units.

  • User Assistance:

Provide support and training, troubleshoot issues, and promote CRM adoption organization-wide.

  • Reporting & Dashboards:

Design reports and dashboards, monitor KPIs, and present data visually for management insights.
