Print advertising & online advertising (web, mobile, e-mail) sales. Responsible and accountable for managing the relationship, advertising activities and revenue inflow from advertising clients.
Job Outputs
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Identify and generate new business opportunities ongoing to achieve predetermined sales targets.
Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to new and existing clients to negotiate and close deals.
Create tailored solutions that meet the client’s short and long-term needs.
Build strategic working relationships with clients and maintain a high level of client contact (telephonic, email communication and face to face) to ensure that their specific requirements are addressed, to monitor and grow existing business.
Analyse potential sales opportunities by using data analyses, segmented research, and information available to identify the needs most required and valued by these clients.
Provide professional and exceptional client service in all interactions with clients.
Keep all administrative work updated including service level agreements and contracts.
Report on sales and achievements as required (weekly and monthly).
Maintain a high level of relevant industry knowledge.

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transport.
Qualifications and Experience
At least 2 year’s online advertising sales experience.
Senior Certificate (tertiary qualification in marketing will be advantageous).
An established base of advertising clients and accounts will be advantageous.
Fully computer literate (Microsoft end-user).
Knowledge of Web Analytic tools advantageous.
Experience dealing with advertising agencies.
