You Bring

• A minimum of 2 years IT Infrastructure experience.
• Relevant industry certifications (advantageous).
• Basic skills in technical troubleshooting, vendor management, customer service, communication, and project management.
• Certifications such as A+/N+, MCP, MCSE, MCITP.
• Experience with Windows Server 2012-2019.
• Knowledge of Disaster Recovery methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in Server Patching and WSUS.
• Knowledge of VMware and virtualization.
• Experience with OS365, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory.
• Cloud experience (advantageous).
• Certifications like RHCE, Linux Certified, CCNA, VCP (advantageous).

What You’ll Do

1. Participate in design discussions with Senior Engineers.
2. Assist with escalations from Junior Infrastructure Engineers.
3. Participate in scheduled tasks such as daily checklists.
4. Participate in on-call rotation.
5. Lead in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-grade monitoring solutions.
6. Discuss application performance and infrastructure outages, providing monitoring insights.
7. Depict system architectures, topologies, hardware, and software configurations schematically.
8. Build and maintain Group Policy for security and productivity.
9. Oversee and optimize virtualization platforms ensuring high availability and performance.
10. Design, deploy, and manage virtual machines, including snapshots, templates, and migrations.
11. Maintain operating systems across physical and virtual environments, ensuring security and performance.
12. Manage SAN solutions, storage provisioning, health checks, and data replication.
