Job Description

NB Ability to multi-task and manage demanding workload in a highly pressurized environment. Do not apply if not able to work under a large amount of pressure.

Position requirements :

• Make payment to suppliers of scrap accurately and efficiently
• Manage large cash receipts and payments accurately
• Count and reconcile cash daily
• Effective and efficient time management
• File cash office documents
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks such as checking EFT Proof of payments and customer invoices

Qualifying experience :

• At least 2 years relevant experience
• Computer literacy – MS Office, internet, and email
• Ability to process payments quickly and accurately
• Knowledge of bulk cash counting machines is beneficial
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Performing complex mathematical calculations with speed and accuracy
