The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Go-To-Market (GTM) & Sales Program Manager. This multifaceted role is critical in supporting our customers and enabling stakeholders, ensuring seamless GTM launches, and driving cross-functional program management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of planning, organizational, analytical, and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in strategy and operations roles with a strong bias towards driving execution within large organizations as an external change agent.
  • Experience driving high-velocity, cross-functional processes including GTM launches, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, and Program Management.
  • Strong understanding of Product launch and Sales processes.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders across multiple markets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) and project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Office, Smartsheet).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate effectively.
  • Evidence that a pivot to FinTech and startup culture aligns with your background and career trajectory.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans for new product or service launches, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Work externally with enterprise customers to prepare and execute launch plans, including defining stage gates, go/no-go criteria, ramp plans, monitoring, reporting, and transitioning to Customer Success.
  • Collaborate internally with Product, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Success teams to define and communicate launch plans.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement for GTM initiatives.
  • Track and measure the success of launches through metrics and feedback, driving continuous improvement.
