About the role

Are you passionate about leading a team towards excellence in consumer health and hygiene? As Reckitt's Manufacturing Excellence Manager, you'll be central to our manufacturing operations, ensuring the implementation of our Global Reckitt Production System (RPS) in collaboration with the site director and manufacturing excellence co-leads.

You will champion the production of high-quality products that meet the needs of millions globally. This role offers the opportunity to pioneer innovative solutions and inspire a team dedicated to making a real difference.

Your responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the Global Manufacturing Operating System (RPS) to improve performance and address gaps.
• Ensure performance measures and loss definitions are consistent with global standards, and improve data collection and reporting systems.
• Diagnose performance gaps, trigger improvement plans, and develop problem-solving capabilities across functions.
• Develop and lead continuous improvement programs based on TPM, IWS, and Lean principles, fostering a culture of operational excellence.
• Mentor teams, promote safety and quality standards, and collaborate across functions to ensure seamless operations.

The experience we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 10+ years manufacturing experience, preferably in FMCG, with functional management responsibility.
• Experience with TPM, WCM, IWS strategy implementation and coaching.
• Strong leadership, change management, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with digital manufacturing systems like MES, Power BI, and connected worker platforms.
