Job description

Ownership and data maintenance of all Product support Data sources and providing timely and accurate information to Product Support Management.

Responsibilities include:

1. Producing regular Aftersales Sales force activity reports for management review.
2. Tracking and managing leads raised through digital platforms.
3. Activating and managing end-to-end process of credit claiming for Power.
4. Growing aftersales systems adoption and customer coverage.
5. Managing the Digital Sales funnel and Prioritized Sales Events action rate.
6. Managing and reporting on Aftersales Insights Reports.
7. Researching new potential customers, industry trends, and insights to drive sales in both prime sales and other segments.

Qualifications, Experience, and Competencies

• Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or B.Com (Economics or Finance majors).
• Research and analysis skills, including scenario planning.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel, MS PowerPoint, and data modeling.
• Knowledge of Project Management principles and processes.
