Job Purpose

The purpose of this position is to provide essential administrative processes, technical knowledge, and perform the work listed.

Responsibilities

1. Promote Fluor's competitiveness within the global marketplace by delivering quality services of unmatched value and technical competence.
2. Serve as an Area Lead or Lead on assigned projects or perform moderately complex engineering assignments.
3. Evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques to a broad set of complex assignments.
4. Apply Cost Competitive Execution techniques to develop the most cost-effective total project solution for discipline engineering work.
5. Develop and review specifications, including design criteria.
6. Participate in activities related to equipment and material procurement, permitting, and subcontracting.
7. Perform and check calculations, specify equipment, and solve moderately complex engineering problems.
8. Review vendor equipment documentation for compliance with project requirements and resolve discrepancies.
9. Analyze and independently recommend solutions to problems of varying complexity, aligned with organizational and project objectives.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
