Job Title: Lead: Technical & Application Testing

A well-established business is seeking to appoint a Lead: Technical & Application Testing. The role involves overseeing the testing aspects of solutions integrated into both existing and new company applications.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification (CTFL)

Desirable Qualifications:

• Postgraduate Degree in relevant fields
• ITIL Certification
• Certified Tester Mobile Application Testing (CT-MAT)

Relevant Experience:

• 6-8 years in software testing
• Experience in developing complex testing strategies and plans
• Technical testing reviews and application solution test designs
• Proven leadership in testing teams
• Experience in planning and executing UAT and Regression Testing
• Familiarity with technologies like ARIS, SAP, Microsoft Applications

Critical Competencies:

• Full software quality assurance lifecycle experience
• Leadership in test automation teams
• Experience with multiple process and system methodologies
• Structured test methods and process experience
• Experience in test-driven development environments
• Ability to develop and coordinate project test strategies
• Effective communication with internal and external specialists to foster continuous improvement
• Perform QA duties for internal testing resources
