Job Description:

As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving IoT solutions to market, managing key client relationships, and expanding the client base. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid/remote environment, and become a highly motivated, self-driven, and experienced professional with a strong IT and IoT sales background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Manage and expand existing client relationships while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and technical support, to ensure client success and satisfaction.
  • Provide expert guidance on IoT solutions, demonstrating a deep understanding of the technology and its applications.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to effectively position as an industry leader.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Utilize a CRM system to track and manage sales activities, pipeline, and customer data.
  • Effectively negotiate and close deals, while ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.

Education & Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in the IoT industry, demonstrating a successful track record.
  • Proven experience in managing and growing client accounts, with a focus on technology solutions.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and communicate complex IoT concepts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a hybrid/remote environment.
