Job description

Senior Recruitment Consultant based in our offices in Blaauwberg Road. Candidates will be expected to carry out a full-cycle recruitment consulting role.

This is a great opportunity to make sales across multiple sectors, including your specialized sector.

The role will include all aspects from initial cold or warm calling of clients to final invoicing and regular follow-up.

You should have a clear understanding and a proven track record of targeted sales and the sales process.

In your previous roles, you should have achieved sales targets and covered all elements of the role required, demonstrating initiative and consistent sales performance.

The focus will be on Engineering, Technical, Manufacturing, Financial, Retail, Sales, and Administrative roles within South Africa, as well as Project, Construction, Engineering, Technical, and related sector roles internationally.

We are looking for a sales-oriented recruiter, a self-starter, with the ability to work in a small team and good client sector knowledge. Candidates should be local to Cape Town or Table View area.

While we are involved in most sectors of recruitment, experience in IT, Call Centre, or Medical/Nursing sales of hours will not be considered suitable backgrounds.

Our primary focus is permanent recruitment placements.

Candidates currently working for overseas companies on a remote basis will not be considered.
