Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a controller in supply chain management, logistics, local and cross-border operations within the automotive, manufacturing, or distribution sectors.
• Cross-border systems knowledge is a MUST.
• 5+ years of experience in managing vehicle supply chains, including procurement, production, and distribution processes.
• Experience with supply chain software (ERP, WMS, TMS) and data analysis tools.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle supply chain operations, inventory control, and logistics management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize processes.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, cost management, and financial reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage comprehensive supply chain strategies for the vehicle supply process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of vehicles.
2. Coordinate the flow of materials, components, and finished vehicles from suppliers to production facilities, and from production to distribution or retail channels.
3. Monitor vehicle production schedules and align them with customer demand, seasonal trends, and market fluctuations.
4. Work closely with production, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain activities.
5. Oversee vehicle inventories at various stages, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing excess or shortages.
6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and collaborate with vendors to improve delivery reliability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
7. Identify areas for cost reduction, process improvement, and supply chain optimization to enhance financial performance.
8. Prepare and present reports to senior management on supply chain costs, savings, and risks.
9. Monitor transportation routes, optimize delivery schedules, and evaluate logistics partners to improve lead times and reduce costs.
10. Analyze key performance metrics and use data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
11. Assess and mitigate supply chain risks, including disruptions and delays.
12. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and environmental considerations.
13. Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions.
14. Lead initiatives to improve processes, reduce lead times, and increase efficiency.
15. Stay updated with trends and technologies in supply chain management and apply innovative solutions.
16. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and technology use across the supply chain.
