Job description

Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will be an integral part of the team, responsible for all marketing and project management activities, working closely with management.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage marketing videos, pictures, and professional photography processes.
  2. Oversee project management tasks.
  3. Liaise and collaborate closely with the Digital Agency.
  4. Maintain and update the social media calendar.
  5. Handle administrative follow-ups and feedback.
  6. Review content for marketing materials.
  7. Manage website content; WordPress experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  8. Coordinate and manage print media, including working with designers and printers.
  9. Update, improve, and innovate marketing materials such as leaflets for customer invoices.
  10. Monitor social media trends, generate ideas to drive business, and coordinate with the agency on implementation.
  11. Manage branding for reps, PPE, and corporate image/ID.
Client Success Manager Activities:
  1. Conduct client site visits.
  2. Manage CRM and database systems.
  3. Administer quick client experience questionnaires.
  4. Review the invoicing system.
  5. Invite and encourage company reviews and referrals.
  6. Provide internal feedback and suggest system improvements; assist with training as needed.
