Full Job Description

We are seeking a General Manager for an Automotive / Autobody Repair / Panel Beating franchise in the Centurion / Waltloo area. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage the franchise with a firm hand and possess a strong understanding of the industry. This is a highly competitive industry.

Minimum Requirements

1. At least 5 years of experience managing an auto body repair shop.
2. Strong leadership and operational management skills.
3. Expertise in insurance claims, Audatex estimating, and SAMBRA / RMI compliance.
4. Ability to work closely with the franchisor to ensure franchise standards and smooth operations.
5. Financial acumen to manage costs and improve shop profitability.
6. Experience dealing with insurance companies, brokers, and customer service.
7. Valid driver’s license and own transport.

Additional Information

Salary range: R20,000 - R40,000 per month.
