Job description

Reporting directly to the Global Executive, you will assume strategic and operational ownership of finance, supply chain, and administrative functions across multiple African markets.

Your scope will include financial strategy, donor compliance, procurement leadership, regulatory adherence, and the development of high-performing teams.This is a key leadership role focused on ensuring financial sustainability, optimizing operational performance, and strengthening internal controls.

You will also play a central role in stakeholder engagement, budgeting and forecasting, and aligning cross-functional initiatives with the organizations broader mission.Key Responsibilities : Drive financial planning, strategy, and compliance across regional offices.Lead donor reporting, audits, and risk management frameworks.Oversee procurement, logistics, and supply chain operations.Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.Champion internal controls, systems integration, and operational efficiency.Develop and mentor finance and operations teams across geographies.Serve as a strategic business partner to the Global Executive Team.Job Experience and Skills Required : Qualified CA(SA) or equivalent professional designation.10+ years experience in senior finance leadership, including regional exposure within Africa.Proven success managing multi-country operations and donor-funded programs.Strong background in procurement, supply chain, and operations management.Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Sage, OneStream, or similar.Demonstrated leadership in team development and cross-functional collaboration.Experience in the health, development, NGO / NPO, or related sectors is highly advantageous.Apply Now!
