Kenvue is currently recruiting for this position, which reports directly to the Snr Marketing Director and is based in South Africa / Czech Republic.

General Summary: The Head of HCP (Health Care Professional) Marketing for RAMET (Russia, Africa, Middle East, and Turkey) leads the professional marketing capability development for the cluster. This role involves working closely with the Global HCP Excellence Team, Brand Teams, and local HCP activation teams to grow the share of recommendation for our HCP-driven portfolio in RAMET.

You will craft strategies to engage and educate HCPs, drive professional endorsement, support business objectives, and improve health outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the focal point between Global HCP Excellence and local HCP activation teams across RAMET.
  2. Develop the Health Care Professional Marketing strategic roadmap for RAMET, aligning with global strategy and collaborating with local markets to prioritize, plan, and track initiatives.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and stakeholders to partner on initiatives, influence practices, and drive brand penetration.
  4. Network to provide thought leadership and accelerate strategic partnerships to improve healthcare standards.
  5. Maintain an excellent understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, providing subject matter expertise across teams.
  6. Recommend innovative ways to increase HCP engagement using CRM, digital, and scalable solutions.
  7. Work with the Global HCP Excellence team to deploy local HCP capabilities, learning plans, and practices to grow HCP recommendation.
  8. Support local teams with content creation and training.
  9. Partner with markets and other functions to adapt global HCP content toolkits to meet cluster needs.
  10. Develop and monitor the education agenda for HCPs, assessing and improving activity effectiveness.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends in HCP marketing to ensure innovation.

Qualifications - What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree; health sciences or business preferred.
  • Experience partnering with HCPs; field experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years in Healthcare Professional Marketing with proven results and leadership.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong networking, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Business acumen and experience in white space initiatives.
  • Strategic agility and ability to manage multiple complex projects.
  • Ability to lead within a multidisciplinary team.
