Position: Product Trainer - ICT and Security (IP Cameras)

Department: Internal & External Training & Development

Location: Office / Onsite

Reports To: Training Manager / Head of Product Enablement

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver engaging, informative product training to internal teams and external clients, both remotely and onsite.
2. Simplify complex technical information into clear, accessible content.
3. Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with partners and customers.
4. Represent the brand professionally, confidently, and charismatically.
5. Support product launches, live demos, and onsite training events across regions.
6. Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop and maintain training materials.
7. Create visually compelling and effective presentation materials.
8. Travel frequently for onsite client training and regional support.

Ideal Candidate

1. Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
2. Fluent in multiple languages.
3. Strong technical foundation in ICT and security systems, especially IP cameras.
4. Charismatic, confident, approachable, with natural teaching ability.
5. Proven ability to translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand content.
6. Experienced in creating professional, engaging presentations.
7. Natural relationship builder and effective team player.
8. Willing and able to travel regularly for onsite engagements.
9. Experience delivering onsite training to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Education, or related field (preferred).
2. 5+ years of experience in ICT product and technical training.
3. Background in ICT products (networking, IP cameras, access control, PTT systems, SaaS) is highly beneficial.
