This role

The Promotions Coordinator is responsible for transforming sales inputs into a solid, customized, scalable trade marketing strategy to increase traffic, visibility, and purchases at the Point of Sale. This includes ensuring promotions are properly defined, coordinating promoter movements, creating and deploying materials, and executing marketing campaigns with proper discipline and tracking to meet established goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate and design promotional and scalability models of service for each commercial partner to meet sales goals.
  2. Provide continuity to marketing and promotion strategies generated by managers across different accounts.
  3. Negotiate participation in promotions with commercial companies, aiming for effective profitability, fraud reduction, and managing overdue portfolios.
  4. Plan and manage the deployment of promoters to various locations or events, ensuring coverage at key promotional sites based on sales performance and business needs.
  5. Track and analyze promoter sales performance to evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities, gathering data on customer interactions, conversion rates, and sales, and providing insights and recommendations for future strategies.
  6. Collaborate with the Risk team to define seasonal promotions aimed at attracting new customers and retaining existing ones.
  7. Support main sales operations activities for carriers and retailers.
  8. Implement and measure initiatives to improve sales volume and quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of marketing experience, with a focus on leading cross-functional projects and managing customer/marketing lifecycle initiatives from 'reach to engage'.
  • Ability to understand, present, and explain initiatives and their results, including sales funnel concepts.
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office, as well as project management tools.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
