Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to ensure smooth logistics delivery by monitoring, coordinating, and communicating effectively with Logistics Service Providers, customers, Supply Chain teams, and all stakeholders involved.

Responsibilities include order release, credit and debit management, pallet management, receipts, and external GRs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Releasing sales orders and coordinating picking and loading activities.
2. Processing and coordinating job lot orders.
3. Processing customer credits.
4. Coordinating and verifying stock takes / cycle counts.
5. Reconciling invoices with log sheets for contractor payments.
6. Ensuring logistics and distribution activities comply with applicable legislation.
7. Ensuring Logistics Service Provider compliance with health, safety, environment, and sustainability standards.
8. Monitoring quality, quantity, and cross-functional collaboration with production, planning, and other sites.

Experience

• Related logistics and / or commercial qualifications.
• Proven operational excellence background.
• Experience managing a national distribution portfolio (regional with multiple sites).
• Strong numerical skills, including budgeting and costings.
• Proficiency with SAP, WMS, MS Office.
• Customer and service-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
