Spanish speaking Customer Service Agents - Cape Town

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Working Hours: Monday - Friday - Onsite (European and South American hours)
Location: Salt River, Cape Town

Key Responsibilities

  1. Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat
  2. Provide accurate information and assist with inquiries
  3. Maintain high-quality service standards
  4. Work according to a structured shift schedule

Requirements

  1. Fluent in Spanish (B2 – C1 level) (speak, write and read)
  2. Must have customer service experience (minimum 12 months)
  3. Must have Matric qualification
  4. Comfortable working on-site
  5. Willing to work European and/or South American Hours
