A dynamic digital marketing team is on the hunt for a Technical Operations Assistant to help drive operational excellence across data and campaign workflows. In this role, you’ll become an integral part of the Operations and Technical teams—owning quality assurance, managing technical processes, and supporting cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless campaign execution. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct rigorous QA testing across internal data projects to uphold data accuracy and integrity.
• Perform structured quality assurance checks on published content via the CMS.
• Build, test, and troubleshoot API integrations between CRM systems using proprietary XML structures to ensure lead data is transferred accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams during API campaign setup – joining calls, handling testing, and supporting troubleshooting efforts.
• Monitor and maintain n8n workflows, investigating issues, resolving them promptly, and suggesting improvements for workflow logic.
• Support the Tech, Product, and Operations teams by coordinating technical tasks and ensuring smooth communication across departments.

Requirements:

• Foundational knowledge or experience in a technical environment (e.g. QA, data handling, APIs, or basic scripting).
• A strong eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Organised and able to manage multiple projects or tasks at once.
• Strong communicator and natural collaborator across departments.
• Familiarity with Kentico, n8n, or SQL is a bonus!
