Our client is a fast-growing tech company specializing in providing custom eSIM solutions that help businesses offer seamless data connectivity for travelers. They eliminate the need for physical SIM cards, ensuring global connectivity for travelers.

They are seeking a highly experienced Paid Media Specialist to support their B2C initiatives. The candidate must have experience managing global campaigns (Europe or USA).

Role Overview :

The Paid Media Specialist will join the Marketing team to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through performance marketing campaigns. The role involves overseeing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Apple Search Ads, ensuring optimal ROI, with opportunities to explore new channels.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Develop and manage high-performance campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing team to design creative, data-backed campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  3. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, including performance and brand metrics.
  4. Implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to continually improve campaign performance.
  5. Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Vercel, Clarity, and AppsFlyer to assess campaign success and derive insights.
  6. Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards using Looker Studio, MetaBase, Excel, and Google Sheets to track performance and inform strategy.
  7. Stay current with paid media trends, conduct regular competitive analysis, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless brand experience across channels.

Key Requirements :

  • 10+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms.
  • Experience managing global campaigns with localization expertise.
  • Proficiency in setting up and managing events in Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong background in campaign execution, optimization, and reporting across paid media channels.
  • Proven track record of maximizing campaign performance through creative optimization, targeting, and bid management.
  • Proficiency with reporting tools such as Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, AppsFlyer, MetaBase, Google Sheets, and BigQuery.
  • Experience with retargeting platforms like RTB House or Criteo.
  • Advanced understanding of ad platform tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager), pixel management, GTM tags, CAPI, and tracking solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making and optimization.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other social media platforms are a plus.
