The position is responsible for sales in the L&A environment, whether in-store or at events organized by the ISG subsidiary. It requires a skilled professional who builds customer relationships, follows up on leads, and maximizes sales opportunities. The role involves identifying prospects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and seeking new business growth opportunities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric or equivalent
• Competency to trade in firearms and/or ammunition
• Preferably at least 2 years of experience in firearm sales
• Experience in a retail environment
• Attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Certification as per department requirements (e.g., "Com to trade")

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Present, promote, and sell products using compelling arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Create effective sales pitches
• Respond to phone calls and emails, providing excellent customer assistance
• Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to leads through cold calling when necessary
• Attend outdoor events as required by the company
• Resolve customer problems and complaints promptly to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve sales targets within scheduled timelines
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
• Analyze market potential and inform management of changes
• Provide reports on customer needs, issues, interests, and competitive activities
• Continuously improve based on feedback
