Key Responsibilities
- Source and sell armed monitoring and response agreements, providing security solutions to our customers.
- Drive sales of alarm system upgrades, CCTV systems, electric fences, and more to meet client needs.
- Exceed monthly sales targets through proactive approaches and dedication to customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven sales experience, preferably in capital goods sales, with a track record of achieving targets.
- Knowledge of intruder detection equipment such as IDS, DSC, AJAX, or other alarm systems is advantageous.
- Matric or equivalent qualification.
- Psira Grade C registration.

- Strong selling skills, organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email, and internet use.

Duties
- Generate and close deals using self-sourced and internal leads.
- Build relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, and stakeholders.
- Provide regular reports to track progress and meet targets.
- Maintain sales-related administrative duties meticulously.
Performance Standards
- Achieve sales targets and acquire new clients while maintaining relationships with existing ones.
- Follow up promptly on leads and quotes to maximize conversions.
