About the Job

• Lead the Accounts Receivable (AR) team to manage customer invoicing, cash-in, and cash-out processes efficiently, ensuring compliance and timely execution, with a focus on process improvement.
• Contribute to cash flow optimization and ensure proper execution of payment terms.
• Ensure the timeliness and quality of the monthly AR and TTM customer closing process, including justification of AR customer balances.
• Accountable for the credit granting process, including applying credit policies consistently, conducting periodic credit reviews of existing customers, and assessing the creditworthiness of potential customers to minimize bad debt losses.

About You

Academic and Trade Qualifications

• Relevant financial diploma; a Bachelor's Degree would be an added advantage.

Work Experience and Skills

• At least 6 to 8 years of experience in a senior role in credit management.
