The successful candidate will assist the Senior Administrative team with day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the processing and capturing of supplier invoices and purchase orders.
- Help with reconciliation of supplier accounts and petty cash.
- Support the preparation and sending of debtor statements and receipting.
- Maintain accurate filing and digital records.
- Assist in bike and inventory stock updates and general data entry.
- Help with restaurant daily cash-ups and basic reporting.
- Support with restaurant and dealership stock takes and variance reporting.
- Assist with general office administration tasks and other duties as assigned.
- Be available to assist after hours during events when required.
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Email)
- Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take instructions
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Professional, reliable, and positive attitude
- Applicant must reside in close proximity to the workplace (Little Falls, Roodepoort)
Advantageous (Not required but beneficial):
- Previous experience in an admin, finance, retail, or hospitality environment
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles or working in debtors / creditors
- Experience with stock control or point-of-sale systems
- Exposure to a dealership, workshop, or restaurant setting
- Experience with Pilot Software, Automate Evolve, or Pastel Management packages
