Inbound Customer Service Agent-Bodewell (Remote)

This role involves providing customer support for GE Appliances owners, focusing on sales and service inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving owner issues. The position offers full-time, remote work with a 4x10 schedule, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities include answering product questions, assisting with registration, and supporting service, parts, and delivery inquiries. After training, agents will use various internal applications to manage customer interactions and provide solutions.
