Job description

Job Description

  1. Billing of monthly invoices
  2. Record and reconcile bank accounts
  3. Process intercompany transactions and reconciliations
  4. Handle Accounts Payable/Receivable duties (maintaining documentation for accounts payable and purchasing)
  5. Maintain Business Asset Module (creating new assets, performing disposals/transfer of existing assets, recording depreciation)
  6. Maintain Finance/Operating Lease Module
  7. Record month-end closing journal entries (including Accruals and Prepayments)
  8. Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliation
  9. Process check requests, ACH and wire payments
  10. Assist with cash forecast and tracking activities
  11. Process netting payments and reconciliation
  12. Help Company Entities follow and enforce the company's fixed assets and procurement policies and procedures
  13. Support team with monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting to management
  14. Assist Controller/Manager with the annual audit and budget
  15. Maintain relationship with Company service centers
  16. Other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

  1. Grade 12
  2. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  3. 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting
  4. GL, Bank, AP, and AR experience
  5. International accounting experience a plus
  6. Strong knowledge and experience of fixed assets and General Ledger
  7. Computer literate with advanced Excel
