Are you passionate about optimizing commercial operations through smart system enablement?

We're looking for a Senior Commercial Operations System Enablement Specialist to enhance efficiency across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, ensuring teams have the right tools and workflows to succeed. You'll lead system design, implementation, and continuous improvement, working closely with IT and commercial leadership to align technology with business goals.

Your Key Responsibilities :

  1. System Implementation & Management: Lead the setup and maintenance of tools supporting customer acquisition, order management, sales, and self-service. Ensure seamless integration of third-party applications.
  2. Optimization & Efficiency: Analyse workflows, identify inefficiencies, and develop improved processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  3. Support & Enablement: Act as the go-to expert for system-related issues, providing support, training, and best practices to commercial teams.
  4. Operational Insights & Management: Ensure data integrity, generate performance reports, and provide insights to drive better decision-making.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with IT, sales, marketing, and finance teams to align technology, data, and workflows.
  6. Technology & Innovation: Stay ahead of trends in AI and automation, implementing new tools to enhance efficiency and business growth.

Our Required Expertise :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Masters or certifications in project management/systems integration are advantageous).
  • Industry exposure within the Telecommunications sector.
  • Strong IT knowledge with experience in system integration and commercial tools.
  • 8 years of experience in commercial system enablement, sales operations, or a similar role with a track record in system optimization.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and sales platforms with expertise in system configuration and workflow design.
  • Ability to interpret data, solve problems, and drive performance improvements.
  • Strong leadership, executive communication, and experience managing system implementations.
