Description:

Global tech company is looking for a Senior / Infrastructure Consultant who can take on a hybrid role of both Infrastructure & Product Consultancy. You will be the escalation point for a solid team of 1st/2nd line engineers. Dealing with 3rd and 4th line queries, you will find your day is split 60/40 in favor of project work.

Skills required: Windows Server 2016/2019, O365/M365, Active Directory, Azure/AWS, SCCM/SCOM, PowerShell, SharePoint – Any virtualization will be a benefit such as VMware or Hyper-V. Cloud experience ideal but can be considered without it – AWS/Azure. You will benefit from some intense training on all of our client’s software products and solutions during their onboarding process.

This Technical Consultant role will have you covering Product, server, network, and application support/administration as well as implementing solutions, working closely with the external customer and advising on how to get full usage out of the systems and solutions provided. You have ownership of certain systems and platforms and therefore have deep technical knowledge and experience in implementing and troubleshooting. You will become an SME.

This is an office/onsite-based role. You will be engaging with external clients, and the wider business, attending meetings, and working with stakeholders up to C-Level. You must be comfortable putting your face around the business, have your voice heard, and bring ideas to the table.
