What you will be doing
  • Deliver technical support with efficiency, reliability, professionalism, and a friendly approach to delight clients.
  • Continuously evaluate incident priorities to ensure consistent adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide support for hosted services, solutions, and associated ICT infrastructure, ensuring their seamless operation.
  • Handle deployment, monitoring, optimization, and management of hosted services and solutions with care and attention.
  • Skillfully troubleshoot and resolve a variety of incidents to maintain smooth operations.
  • Prioritize open and effective communication throughout the support process to keep stakeholders informed.

What you need
  • Ideally 3+ years of relevant work experience.
