Paid Media Expert
The Media Campaign Specialist role will be responsible for managing and optimizing all paid advertising campaigns to meet clearly defined goals aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Manage campaigns to deliver ROI, reporting to executive stakeholders
- Manage and allocate budgets and media mix to maximize performance
- Drive A/B testing and experimentation to generate insights and uncover opportunities

- Minimum of 3-4 years of independent, senior-level experience
- Advanced Google Search/Display certifications, Google Shopping Certification
- Experience with GTM/tag implementation
- Google Analytics Certification
- Experience managing ROI-focused digital accounts and campaigns, including video and mobile
- Experience with lead generation in finance verticals
- Effective budget allocation across paid media with ROI focus
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and data interpretation
- Knowledge of tag management tools is a plus
- Ability to troubleshoot tech issues and present solutions
- Strategic understanding and execution within platforms
- Campaign analysis and strategy implementation
